Olivewood Gardens in National City is a farm with a mission. Visitors of all ages from throughout the region can come to Olivewood Gardens to learn about both where there food comes from and how to cook it. Guest chef and Top Chef alumnus Brian Malarkey has a lot of energy. He is excitable and funny and his cooking seeks to share his enthusiasm. Brian's interest in this type of project brings more and more people to the table. A table where we know about our food and are excited to cook.
