Sandhill Farms is located in a high valley in the Wasatch range. The farm is named for the migrating Sandhill Crane that arrives in the scenic valley every April. At Pete Rasmussen's farm mountain garlic is the specialty. Every chef loves garlic and at Sandhill there is 30 kinds to choose from! Guest chef Michael Richey of Pago will have a bounty of Utah products to include with that garlic. This is a beautiful site for a table.
