Every year when we put together the schedule we think about how it's important to mix it up. New farms, new chefs, new winemakers; new is good, but favorites are fun. We visited UBC Farm for 5 years in a row and then took a break last year. We are so excited to come back!
Campagnolo Restaurant is among UBC Farm's very best customers and Chef Ted Anderson is very familiar with the ingredients. Though UBC Farm is a city farm it looks like it could be far out in the country. This is a very pretty place for a table. We look forward to UBC Farmers Amy and Tim taking us for a tour.
