We just can’t stay away from these guys. A few years back, we received an email from someone detailing all the great chefs in the Twin Cities area and gee... why have Scott and friends gotten the guest chef spot 5 years in a row? Hmmm, a good question. Next year we might skip Scott for our Minnesota event and maybe ship him out to California for a guest chef appearance on the beach. Can Scott surf?
Pigs are cute and they taste great. Karen Weiss and Sally Doherty started raising pigs after attending the OITF event at Alexis Bailey Vineyard as guest farmers back in 2005. After tasting really great pork at the farm dinner table, they decided they wanted to add great-tasting pork to the other great stuff they produce on their farm.
