Chef Tory Miller likes to live in the moment. No farm dinner site repeats is his rule. It might have been perfect last time (it was) or the time before that (it was too). We may desperately want to go back, to revisit such greatness. What Tory wants is something unique in time and place, something unrepeatable. Fortunately there are a lot of different places Tory can go. If you look at the L’Etoile website (under "Our Community") you will see an impressive farmer/producer list. You will see we can keep going like this for quite some time.

Sassy Cow is run by the Baerwolf family. Obviously, cows that are sassy are much more fun to visit than cows that are not so sassy. The Baerwolf family will fill us in on the difference between the two.
