When Leah asked Chef Jonathon Stranger if he might be interested in a guest chef appearance at our first-ever visit to Oklahoma, he quickly replied yes and said he’d just been checking out the OITF cookbook, which sits on the shelf in the kitchen of the restaurant! Crestview Farms, certified organic, is our chosen Oklahoma City area farm. They grow a whole great list of good things. We’ll take a look around with Susan and end up at the table to see what Chef Jonathon has cooked up for us.
