We love farms in the city. Easy to get to, easy for everyone to get inspired by all that fresh produce. Vancouver sure loves its farm. UBC Farm, directed by articulate spokesperson Mark Bomford, is a thriving resource for the community, with a full array of vegetables, an heirloom fruit orchard and farm-fresh eggs that market-goers line up for every Saturday. Chef Robert Belcham of Refuel brings his seasoned kitchen crew out to the field.
