Guest chef Dan Van Rite and his crew will join us at Pinehold Gardens. Pinehold Gardens is a small diversified 21 acre farm in the metropolitan area of Milwaukee, located only 20 minutes from downtown. Pinehold Gardens besides having a thriving CSA and also grows a variety of produce for Milwaukee area restaurants- including Hinterland.
