The Big Island. Big and super fun. We came here two years ago and set the table on the beautiful Kekela Farm near Waimea. Chef Edwin Goto and crew put together a spectacular feast that was as lovely as the scenery. Before Village Burger, Edwin was the executive chef at Mauna Lani Bay Hotel. Now with his own little place, he takes special care on where his ingredients are coming from, and he knows everyone. We are looking forward to celebrating on one of Edwin's favorite farms: Big Island Abalone.
