At Sage Mountain Farm we have a choice of wheat field or olive orchard. Both are great sites for a table. It\'s nice to have choices. Our guest chef Ilan Hall just opened his new restaurant The Gorbals and was the winner of Top Chef season two. Ilan will have those olives and wheat to work with, as well as a wide variety of vegetables grown on the farm. Phil and Juany Noble are our friendly farmer hosts.
