We first set the table at Boggy Creek in 2005, and have come back many times since. This is our 14th event at this beautiful urban farm in Austin’s east end! These farmers are family, and their farm is a home away from home for our travel-weary tour crew. You may find us snoozing under the shade trees or in the historic farmhouse after dinner. Farmer Carol Ann and her daughter Tracy tend to a variety of vegetables and herbs plus a friendly flock of chickens through no-till farming practices that disturb the soil as little as possible. This makes for particularly delicious and nutritious crops, and guest chef Jesse Griffith is prepared to make some magic with them. Chef Jesse has joined us in the field kitchen for a number of events over the years and always surprises us with something new. Dai Due is famous for its commitment to hyper-local ingredients paired with colorful, distinctive flavors.
