It feels a bit like heaven up here on the mountainside where we’ll dine on the edge of a mountain overlooking the Pacific. Our good friend Gonzalo Guzman will cook us up a heavenly feast with a focus on seafood — caught by Santa Cruz fisherman Hans Haveman — to mirror the view. At Nopalito, Gonzalo crafts unique and vibrant menus rich with traditional Mexican flavors and locally sourced ingredients from Northern California’s farms and fisheries. Gonzalo has cooked many meals in the OITF field kitchen, and we are thrilled to have him join us on Mt. Tam for this very special event.
