It’s always challenging to choose a spot for the table at Pure Land Farm; their 28 acres of organic vegetable plots, apricot trees and blackberry bushes offer almost too many locations to choose from. Thankfully we are up for the challenge. Megan and Jack are a charming father-daughter team passionate about enriching and educating their community. When we’re not here, the farm is often a learning playground for local K-12 kids. It’s also a u-pick farm, so you can go home with something for tomorrow’s dinner if you like. Chef Graham Dodds has worked in some of the finest kitchens in Dallas, and now he has his own place. Graham is a Brit with a love of fresh vegetables, known locally for his classic cooking and not-so classic vegetable charcuterie board at a former restaurant. We look forward to seeing what tasty twists he brings to our outdoor kitchen.
