Secret Sea Cove

Where gorgeous land meets a wild sea. The Sea Cove actually is a secret, or as secret as it can get in a GPS Instagram world. It’s secret because you can’t actually get here, at least not without trespassing. Almost no private beaches exist in California; this is one of them. Everyone loves public beaches, but if the word was out, the beach and wildlife would soon be trampled with visitors. When we set the table here, we will arrive at a place with absolutely no footprints. In the kitchen is Matt Millea, a longtime OITF friend and a champion in the field (and beach) kitchen. His California-centric cuisine is a great match for the daily catch of host fisherman Hans Haveman, for what is sure to be an unforgettable meal along the shore.
