And then there’s the majestic path of old pines leading out to the Tuscan seaside, where OITF founder Jim Denevan will create a temporary work of art in the sand. Ariane is a fourth-generation farmer passionate about sustainable farming and land restoration and maintains a holistic system modeled after the Earth’s natural cycles. Our guest chefs couldn’t be a better fit. Brothers Alessio & Giulio Cech will travel from their restaurant on Via dell’ Amore – Love Street – to create a feast inspired by the land and the sea. The amore put into the land and the meal will definitely be felt at this table under the Tuscan sun.
