Satellite Crew: Production Staff Member
This is a unique and exciting position for the right candidate that is looking to work hard and travel while providing top-tier front-of-house service. This role involves working with the tour crew to provide a consistent and memorable experience for the guests while setting up and breaking down the events and providing enthusiastic FOH service.
The Host is the welcoming face and voice of our events—the first and last person guests interact with. Confident in addressing large crowds and skilled at multitasking, they lead on-site Guest Relations, connect patrons to our mission through thoughtful storytelling, and cultivate lasting relationships with event partners.
Tour Crew: Front of House Manager
The Front of House Manager leads and mentors our vastly changing hourly day-staff, delegates responsibilities, and drives clear communication throughout each event to deliver consistent service.
Tour Crew: Expeditor / Kitchen Manager
The Expeditor / Kitchen Manager has eyes on every culinary detail for each event—coordinating with chefs and OITF Event Planners to ensure a flawlessly executed, bountiful, safe, and seamlessly run field kitchen.
Tour Crew: Driver / Reception Manager
The Driver / Reception Manager ensures the safe transport and expert care of our vehicles and equipment. During events, they manage the Reception area and Scullery station operations.
Tour Crew: Driver / Infrastructure Manager
The Driver / Infrastructure Manager ensures the safe transport and expert care of our vehicles and equipment while also overseeing infrastructure maintenance. During events, they manage guest and staff parking as well as Scullery station operations.
