Traveling Tour Crew
Our traveling crew joins OITF from May through November, completing over 90 events across North America. From shimming, to serving the table, driving trucks and trailers, to assisting our guest chefs and producers, this crew is what brings the events to life.
Service Team Members
The tour crew is responsible for all aspects of set-up, break down, and execution of OITF events. Candidates with serious hospitality experience, farming experience, and/or management experience are encouraged to apply. Front of House Manager
The Front of House Manager will be expected to manage all FOH aspects of OITF events. The FOH Manager is responsible for managing tour crew and FOH staff during setup, break down, and execution of each event. The FOH Manager will communicate directly with the Expeditor regarding timing and flow of each event. The FOH Manager will hire and manage temporary staff for each dinner and ensure proper paperwork and identification is documented for employment.Apply Here
Assistant Front of House Manager
The Assistant Front of House Manager will be expected to aid the FOH Manager in managing FOH aspects of OITF events. The Assistant FOH Manager is responsible for helping manage the tour crew and FOH staff during setup, break down, and execution of each event. The Assistant FOH Manager will communicate directly with the FOH Manager regarding timing and flow of each event and aid in managing temporary staff for each dinner and ensure proper paperwork and identification is documented for employment.Apply Here
The Tour Manager will be expected to manage a crew of up to 10 employees. The Tour Manager is responsible for managing all travel logistics and scheduling for the crew. This position also has an HR component as the position is responsible for managing a team of employees that are not only working but also traveling together. The Tour Manager is expected to assist with the full execution of all events.

The Expeditor will be expected to manage all BOH aspects of the events from the OITF side. The Expeditor is responsible for communicating with the OITF Event Planners and guest chefs before and during the events, managing inventory of kitchen supplies, managing kitchen set-up and breakdown in a timely manner, and expediting the entirety of each dinner. The Kitchen Manager/Expeditor is expected to assist with the full execution of all events and needs to have exceptional communication skills.
