STAY ON THE FARM
Fun in the field doesn’t have to end when the last dish is cleared from the table. Instead of driving off, stick around after dinner and settle in for five-star glamping at the farm. When it’s time to turn in, you’ll rest well in your own canvas tent, outfitted for two guests and fully furnished with leather butterfly chairs, bedside tables with rustic lanterns, and a comfy wood-frame bed with crisp white linens, cozy duvets, and a woolen blanket. Drift off to sleep under a blanket of stars and wake up to birdsong and a continental breakfast with a view of the Rockies – the perfect way to cap off an unforgettable off-the-grid experience. Please note: Each glamping experience includes two seats at the table.

Guest chef Caroline Glover cooked a fantastic feast for us at the Gulch last year—and we are thrilled to have her back! Her Aurora Restaurant Annette has made big waves in the Rocky Mountain food scene since it opened in 2016 and has earned her quite a few James Beard nominations. This year, she’s a finalist for the Best Chef: Mountain category! Her menu last year featured all sorts of glorious summer produce from area farms and freshwater fish caught in nearby mountain streams. We can’t wait to see what she cooks up this year.
