It’s been a while since we last visited Karen Overton and her family at Wedge Oak Farm. Our first visit there was about ten years ago, when Karen immediately asked Seth to guide one of their famed Mangalitsa pigs, which had gotten loose, back into its pen. Needless to say, it’s been love ever since. In addition to their famed Mangalitsas, considered the “Kobe beef of pork”, the Overton family have raised a range of poultry and cattle since 1904 on their beautiful, tree-sprinkled land. We promise to double check the locks on the pigpens before bringing you to the table for dinner with one of Nashville’s most exciting chefs.
